The homemade breakfast options were delectable, featuring locally sourced ingredients that set a delightful tone for the day.
Unfortunately, the hostess was rather unwelcoming, making us feel uncomfortable from the moment we checked in.

The sea view was stunning, but the stairs were a real workout!

The sea view from me room was canny lush, right? That breakfast spread was a belter, especially the homemade sausages. Mind you, those stairs were a bit of a trek, but worth it for the view!

Spotlessly clean room with beautiful views of the North Bay. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide choice, including freshly cooked options and delicious homemade sausages. Plus, the complimentary parking pass was a lifesaver in busy season.
Stairs were a bit much.

We had a fantastic stay with our family and service dog! The room was not only inviting but the soft, huge towels were a nice touch after a long day exploring Scarborough. The kids loved the breakfast spread – so much fruit!
My children wished for more family-friendly activities onsite.

Would definitely recommend for a budget stay
Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, with a lovely view of the rooftops, and a generous fruit bar that kicked off our mornings perfectly.
All was wonderful.

It was a strong match for a quick weekend visit in Scarborough with good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, which was a nice surprise. Avoid the bar if you’re looking for cold drinks, they only have cans on a shelf.

Perfect getaway with friendly vibes!
Such a nice surprise to find that our room had a cozy, vintage charm! The bed was super comfy, and we loved sipping drinks in the bar/lounge area, where the atmosphere was just relaxing. Just a little bumpy getting up to our room with those steep stairs. Still, the staff were incredibly welcoming, really making us feel at home!

A great place to unwind over the Bank Holiday weekend, despite overcast weather. The sea view room was a highlight, providing a comfortable stay with decent WiFi access. Breakfast was filling and well-prepared, featuring a variety of European dishes that kept hunger at bay. the room showed some wear, and navigating the stairs could be a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues.
